New customers should book using the 1st cleaning time that best matches your home on our list below. The maids will perform the Deep Cleaning tasks on our checklist.

Here is a list of the average time it takes for our cleaning services based upon the number of bedrooms in your home. In actuality, your home may be more or less time. We strongly suggest booking more time then you think you need to be sure our maids can finish your job. Don’t worry, we only charge for the time spent at your home and we will clean your home as fast as possible.

2 Bedroom Home

1st Cleaning = 6-9 Hours

Routine Service = 3 Hours

3 Bedroom Home

1st Cleaning = 8-12 Hours

Routine Service = 4 Hours

4 Bedroom Home

1st Cleaning = 10-15 Hours

Routine Service = 5 Hours

5 Bedroom Home

1st Cleaning = 12-18 Hours

Routine Service = 6 Hours

6 Bedroom Home

1st Cleaning = 14-21 Hours

Routine Service = 7 Hours

You do not have to book using our suggested cleaning times. You do not have to have a Deep Clean or have your entire home cleaned.

If you do not use our suggested times, it is extra important that you thoroughly complete our questionnaire after booking. This is your chance to tell us what to do and what not to do. We will need your help to meet your needs. Once you give us clear instructions, we will do our best to exceed your expectations while staying within your budget and time constraints.

The 1st cleaning times should cover a Deep Cleaning of most homes. If your home has been seriously neglected or you want extra services like interior windows, inside your fridge or stove, wall washing, dishes, laundry or other housekeeping tasks you will probably need to add more time.

Published times are estimates only. Your actual cleaning times will vary based upon the size and condition of your home, the rooms you have us clean and any extra services you select. Times are based upon 1 maid working 1 hour. If we send multiple maids your total cleaning time will be the same but the clock time will be reduced. For example a 5 hour house takes 1 maid 5 clock hours, 2 maids would take 2.5 clock hours and 3 maids would take 1.7 clock hours. Either way it is 5 hours of cleaning. Don’t worry, we only bill you for the time we spend cleaning your home.
